The quotation was comprehensive and followed an on-site visit where my needs and requirements were discussed in full. | We recently undertook a refurbishment and updating of our flat at 42 Chapman Square with the help of O.I.D. Building Services. The scope of works included a new bathroom suite, painting & decorating and updating certain elements of the kitchen. We were supplied with a detailed estimate for the project, an agreed timescale, and a prompt start date. During the works the men were on time, hard working, and polite. The final project was completed on time and within the estimate of works. The builders were clean and tidy throughout and were also considerate to our neighbours in the development. We would have no hesitation in recommending O.I.D. Building Services to future clients and we fully intend on using them again for future projects. We came accross O.I.D Building Services by chance, while surfing the net. Asked them to quote on a complete refurbishment of 2 bathrooms at our rental apartment in Stanmore.We received a Prompt response from the owner of the firm, a site visit was arranged & an estimate given with a full written quote & indication of work they will undertake. The project started at short notice & and all work was done to a High Standard. The workers were all very tidy& efficient. The site was cleared after the job & had no complains from the neighbours.The job was completed in 3 weeks and on time & a regular update's were provided. I will have no hesitation to reccommend O.I.D & will definetly call them on any future projects. Keep it up O.I.D....... |

| After seeing some of their previous work, I hired O.I.D Building Services to refurbish my 3 bedroom semi detached house, inside and out, excluding the roof and windows. The work involved a complete strip and rebuild of walls, ceilings, doors, the kitchen and the bathroom. The work men arrived on time every day and the progress was evident on a daily basis. All the work was completed to a high standard. The property was then rendered and painted to make it one of the best looking properties in the street.
